Here we have a super mounted Napoleonic figure in 1/32 (54mm) scale - plastic horse and rider on metal base. The horse is from the Britains Deetail range and are in good, complete condition save that it has had its mounting peg removed as the rider does not have the matching hole. Base marked 'Britians Ltd 1971 - Deetail - Made in England.' The rider is an adapted Timpo 'Wellington' figure which can be made to represent any British General - and there were many of the field at Waterloo since (in the absence of the substantive rank of Brigadier General at that time) every Brigade of infantry and cavalry was commanded by a Major General - no less that 10 generals became casualties at Waterloo. This rider is in full uniform but wearing his old heavy field boots instead of the gold-tasselled Gereral's boots. Also I have used 'Historex' parts to give this chap a 'Belgic' shako instead of the General's bicorne hat. The rider has not been glued in place, just sits on a new plastic sheepskin saddle & saddle blanket (shabraque). A unique Napoleonic figure.
