Buyers will receive the same item shown on the photos.Please do not look for any item/s (accessories or anything related to the item in it’s original form) that is not included in the photos since the item is preowned. If you have any inquiries please feel free to ask. I will respond whenever I’m free.

However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors/condition of the item. Actual color of the item may vary slightly from what is shown in my listing.

The condition of the item is based on my personal judgement. Most of the preloved items here are from my personal closet and my sister’s. Rest assured I am listing items that are still very good/good to use.

SHOP POLICY

*I usually ship within 2-3 days including weekends upon receiving the order/payment

*If the title of the item is PREORDER, it is for reserving the specific item (A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released).

*The manufacturer may change their release date. I will update the buyer if there are changes on the product that they have ordered/reserved.

*I usually respond to inquiries as fast as possible.

*I offer free shipping and ship the items via Japan Postal Office. I always provide tracking number after I have shipped the item.

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks before the item arrives (It may take longer than expected if there are delays with the shipment).

*When postal items are sent to and received from abroad, they may be subjected to customs duty and consumption tax based on the content’s value and quantity. The buyer in the destination country is typically responsible for consigning duty payment to the Japan Post and paying an amount equivalent to the duty, along with handling charges.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

*Buyers have 30 days from the date of purchase to file a return request. They are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.*The product to be returned must be in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. If the product has been used, damaged, or altered, I may refuse to accept the exchange request or offer a partial refund. 

*Please return the item/s on the address provided on the shipping label.*The product image and the actual item is the same. Buyer receives what they expect especially with preloved/preowned items listed except for snacks, skin care or beauty supplements from Japan which the manufacturer may change their packaging in without prior notice.
