Comes in original box with some aging.  Plate is in great condition.  Box is sturdy with embossed "avon".  The boxed plate was stored with other avon collectibles and box has a perfume scent to it.  Special Edition that was exclusive to Avon rep for Distinguished Sales Achievement.
