  1. Is the grommet ROUND PORTION, that connects to the metal legrest bracket, scarred, indented, cut or grooved? 
  2. The grommet connecting surface, to the metal legrest bracket, must to be perfectly round, or it may not provide a smooth legrest extension function and could fail under normal operating conditions.
