Our products are made to order and come unpainted. Minor print lines or surface imperfections may be present due to the nature of 3D printing. All of our terrain is printing using high quality PLA at a 0.2mm resolution and will always be a shade of grey.

All of our items are shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service free of charge, this can be upgraded to Tracked 24 for a small charge.
We aim to ship everything within 3 days of the purchase but in most cases, we ship next day

All items are well packaged and where possible, we reuse and recycle cardboard boxes.
