Vintage Silver and Brass (?) Philadelphia Inspector Badge - Bureau of 

Water

Silver-colored with blue glass enamel lettering; not sure if center is brass. 

Used. Catch on back seems to be missing the little hinge that locks it in place, although this might be an earlier "C" clasp that didn't include the locking hinge.

Some areas of the pin look dark; they are reflections. 

Stamped D-126 on back.

Small size, measures 1.5" in diameter.
