Lovely blue & white vintage Laura Ashley skirt - size medium - mid length with a few tiers at the bottom

I don’t think that the elastic is still elasticated - it has very little give and whilst it does stretch a little, I don’t think it has the scope that it should have. Please make sure you are happy with this before bidding.
