New and sealed on original card from the 1980s. Not sure which version it is, hopefully you can see from the pictures, but apparently there were five in all – one per pack.

Some shelf wear to card and bubble, but figure is pristine. Pictures of actual item (B) – there are (A) and (C) versions listed, too if you want a squad. This one has a big "NEW" sticker on it.
