Capcom Queens Chun Li Street Fighter II 2 Turbo Action Figure New LOOSE CARD

This figure is new but the card came loose from the plastic. This has cause some tears on the cardboard where the glue was. This can likely be reglued without any issues. The cardboard is severely warped. The label has two bubbles. Please review pictures carefully for condition.
