Engineered with the thickest stack height you'll see on the track; this beginner-friendly spinoff is bound to turn heads on the starting line whether racing your first 4x400 or two-miler.

Breathable Air Mesh Upper

Engineered using a breathable air mesh material, the upper allows air to circulate freely to the foot, therefore, increasing the ventilation and keeping your feet cool in the process. With breathable properties, the upper encourages cool air to circulate, creating a drier, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. Additionally, the material promotes efficient moisture management by actively wicking away the build-up of excess sweat and moisture to leave you feeling cool, dry and comfortable as you strive for optimum performance. Alongside this is an anatomical tongue construction that prevents irritation and chafing. Finishing off the upper is a traditional lace-up system, ensuring the feet stay locked in and preventing in-shoe slippage.

CMEVA Midsole

A compression moulded EVA midsole resides throughout the shoes, providing you with a perfect amount of cushioning for middle-distance events. The low-profile cushion bed keeps your foot closer to the ground while also utilising a firmer material that is designed to provide an efficient push-off.

Pebax Spike Plate

The Crescendo MD Spikes have 6 spikes with a carbon fibre plate, for traction and support during your training or competitions. Having strategically placed spikes will enable you to run with comfort and confidence, knowing you have the stability to push yourself to the limit and achieve the best results possible. Ideal for middle distance, the spikes are highly durable and long-lasting to provide optimal grip and traction on the track.
