We experienced a site glitch from November 16th 2023 till April 18 2024. Ebay assured me they have finally patched the issue

Without boring you what was happening was about 5-7 percent of our orders were never being sent to us causing mass confusion and MAYHEM.You may see some very lovely comments during that time frame lol. You will see most comment that item was not recieved and no communication and thats becasue we never knew that particular order was SOLD. Ebay messed with their servers right after halloween and messed some data up and in turn caused some site issues for awhile
