For sale is a 1:144 scale Villa, completely finished from a Laser Tech kit.  The art deco style villa is painted blue with white trim.  There is a tiny dot of trim missing from the very front part of the roof.  There is another piece of trim right behind where it goes, so it's not very noticeable.

The 2 level villa has exterior stairs to the second story entrance.   The floors are pink "tile", and the base is landscaped.  

The villa is 2  7/8" high and the base is 3" square.  The building itself is 2" wide; depth is 1 7/8" on one side and 1 1/2" on the other.
