This 2005 Ash-Tree edition is limited to 350 copies, and includes an index specially prepared by Rosemary Pardoe, former editor of the Jamesian 'zine Ghosts & Scholars, and his husband Darroll. They also provided an introduction for this edition. A short article by MRJ ("New and Old at Cambridge"), originally published in The Times, is included as an appendix.
