If you are not satisfied with your item please contact me immediately.  Any problem will be resolved without fuss.

All my parcels require a signature upon delivery unless you have selected untracked postage at your own risk.

I thoroughly check my items for any faults or blemishes and pride myself on only selling quality items.  I will clearly state and photograph any defects that I've spotted.  In the unlikely event that I miss a fault simply return the item to me within 30 days in its original condition and I will give a full refund.  The buyer must pay postage costs for buyer remorse returns.
