Vintage 1960s Royal Blue Velvet Party Dress with Beads Size XS For Upcycle As Is.

This is a very beautiful dress with a few issues. The velvet is crushed in a few spots and there is some staining under the arms. Small tear at the waist that can be repaired. Where the beads are there are small holes through out. Difficult to photograph but held up to the light this is visible.

Metal zipper up the back and blue crinoline underneath. Beads sewn in quadrants which gathers the fabric. This dress can be worn as is but will definitely need some TLC. Please view last couple of photos for flaws.
