This is a 1978 Hess toy Training Van.  It does NOT light up when batteries were put in, and it is missing a wheel, side mirror and one of the top red lights.  See pictures for details.  Item is sold "as is" for restoration or parts.  Included with it is the original box and the instruction booklet.
