Windshield(s)- Black. No cracks.
Hood/Body - Removable and needs cleaning. Battery cover in place; small crack in the plastic where it hooks onto the body, but it still works.
Lightbulb - Yes; was only able to get light to flicker when tested.
Base Plate- Legible.
MFG Stamp- Hong Kong.
TIRE Chrome- Some wear.
Tires- Intact, foam-type material.
Working Condition- When tested, we were able to get the light to flicker and heard some motor sounds, however, we could not get it to run.
