This is used, and was in working order when taken out of service 15+ years ago.  I assume it works, but will not guarantee.  Very good condition.  Found this going through our parents items in storage.   I believe based on the markings it "might" have been from 01/1974?  Not exactly sure.

No longer any practical use to me.  Hoping to get to someone with a want/need for their use/vintage collection.
