This pedal is in excellent condition. The potentiometer for the gain knob exhibits slight scratchiness: this does not inhibit function and is likely as easy a fix as applying contact cleaner. 

Included is the original packaging, manual and quality assurance tag. Also included is the power adapter which, though it meets specifications and functions fine, may not be original.
