View from Honister Pass.

This is an original piece of artwork, painted from an original photograph which I took on a recent visit to the Lake District.

It is acrylics on canvas and finished with a layer of varnish for protection.

It has been painted with brushes, and also molding paste and a palette knife for texture.

The painting is unframed and measures 20cm x 20cm (approximately 8” x 8”) and is 1cm deep.

It is ready to hang as it is but can be framed using a “floating frame” which is specifically for canvas or board artwork (not included).

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and camera settings.

As an artist I get my inspiration from the natural world of Cumbria, Yorkshire and Scotland. I paint from my own photographic reference.
