LEGO 6374 Holiday Home was a 257 piece Town set with 2 minifigs released in 1983. It was part of a Velux promotional release in Denmark as a second variation, 6374-2. 6374-1 was generally available.
The current value for a new and sealed Holiday Home is estimated around £1,033 today with current average yearly gain of about 10% but will level off in the next year closer to a 8% annual growth making it a solid investment. On the open market, a used set will fetch in the range of between £68 and £89 depending on the condition.
