Vintage and pre-owned and looks new! No rips, stains or tears. The only thing to really call out is the bow is not attached...held on by a little safety pin. It might be like that on purpose though, as this would allow you to wear it around your waist if you chose to. The bloomer pant legs unsnap on the inside all the way through the crotch, which would allow you to pull this on over your head if you chose to.
