Biggles Air Commodore. Captain WE Johns 1952 Oxford Edition With Original Dust Jacket Vintage Hardcover Book in good condition for its age

Written by the legendary Biggles author Captain W.E. Johns, and published in 1952, this Vintage edition of Biggles Air Commodore has no torn or missing pages. Neat inscription on first page. Book is in good condition for its age, with no foxing! All pages are clean and crisp. Tightly bound with no loose pages. Spine and boards are nice, some minor wear to the rear board. Binding is starting to show at the bottom rear endpaper - absolutely no impact on structural integrity. Original Dust Jacket is in good condition for age and is largely complete with a small piece missing at the top of the spine. No fading! A very nice copy of a hard to find title! This particular copy has dark green boards, which does not conform with the rest of the 1952 Oxford set, of which all had light green boards. Very peculiar!
