Manufactured in 1982 (Taiwan)

Card shows some wear along edges and corners.  Lower right corner has curled forward.  Some wear marks on the back and what looks to be leftover price tag residue.  The accessories are in a bag behind the figure (by the manufacturer).  Also, during manufacturing, a small piece of tape was used to hold the mini-comic in place on the card (so it's behind the blister pack).  The tape is yellowing a bit. Please check pics.
