We provide free ground shipping for items over $1,000.00.

We will only ship to the continental U.S.; we do not ship to PO Boxes.

FedEx requires a valid contact phone number for deliveries. Please, make sure your eBay account has your current information on file. We will only ship items to the address that is on file during purchase.

Items cannot be held at a FedEx facility for you to pick up. Purchases over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

Is now being offered via eBay International Standard Delivery on selected items. 

Priority Shipping

If you would like to have your item shipped priority, contact us before you make your purchase so we may calculate cost for you. If your item requires a signature, make sure you are available for date of delivery. 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is no longer available. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Restocking Fee

There is a 15% restocking fee. If the item has a defect, then we will not require a restocking fee. Item will be carefully tested by various staff upon return and if we determine it to be user error instead then we will charge a restocking fee.

Warranty

Used items have a 30-day warranty upon delivery with us which will cover any manufacturer issues.

HCE eBay store hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM – 4PM CST.

Our eBay store is worked on by one employee. The sales floor staff of our store is not involved with our eBay store. Please, make sure to message us directly on eBay. Sales floor staff will not know what you are talking about if you call or come into the store to inquire about an item.
