Very good condition. Some signs of age, but little sign of wear. The blue embroidery at the left shoulder is lighter in color and a bit yellowed. There appears to be hanger damage - at two opposite points along the neckline, by the shoulders, there is an area of darkened thread, with one broken stitch each. Zoom in to photos at end to see. On the left sleeve hem, the sewing thread is yellowed in spots (last photo). The white nylon fabric is uniform in color, perhaps somewhat off-white, but still reads as white. No holes. No runs or snags. There are some tiny puckers in the chiffon, but they are not broken or pulled fibers. Seams are intact besides those 2 broken stitches at the shoulders.
