CAP and BARREL
This cap is in EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT condition. The GF of the ring top is pretty clean. There are NO cap lip cracks. The cap screws securely onto the barrel's threads. The chasing appears pristine. The barrel imprints feel like they are freshly scored from the Parker factory. The button filling system works flawlessly.
PARKER LUCKY CURVE #2 FLEXIBLE 14K SOLID GOLD NIB

This Parker 20-1/2 Jack Knife Safety fountain pen features a flexible Parker Lucky Curve 14K nib. Flexible Parker nibs are not that common this is sort of a treat. This nib is smooth while flexing. It is easy to control the flex.  The nib is properly aligned to the feed. 
RESTORATION SERVICES
This Parker Lucky Curve Jack Knife Safety 20-1/2 fountain pen has been tested for function (filling and writing). It is READY TO WRITE upon filling with standard fountain pen ink.
  • A new correctly sized Ink Sac has been properly installed wit the addition of 100% pharmaceutical grade talcum powder (an excellent dry lubricant).
  • The 14K solid gold Lucky Curve nib has been adjusted for smoothness and flow. Beyond making sure that the pens I restore write, I like to make sure they write well. Using a loupe, premium micro-abrasives, and when necessary, specially made nib repair tools each nib is carefully adjusted to provide an enjoyable writing experience based on the particular characteristics of the nib. 
  • This Parker Jack Knife Safety fountain pen has been fully disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, and conservatively polished.
