Hello and up for sale is a copy of Marvel Comics Fantastic Four 164. George Perez art is featured inside. It is in nice shape. I have provided 20 plus photos for you to judge the condition of the book.  So please take the time to look at them.  I believe it is in VF condition.  It lays flat with no spine roll and the staples are secure.  Cover is glossy and clean. Bottom rt corner of front cover has a crease and the front cover slightly lips over the pages of the book. There are pictures of these items in the listing photos.  Using the Overstreet Owl color card the inside pages are an 8 off white. I have other books for sale so please check out my other listings.  I will combine shipping by adding a dollar for each additional book purchased.  Every book will be mailed in an envelope between two pieces of heavy duty cardboard.  Thanks for looking.
