I have here a very old Antique 19th C

Splint Gathering Basket w Authentic Patina Color.

This basket is rectangular and it's in very nice condition for the age. However, there are a few splints that wrap around the top that have broken off. Also hints of old blue and red.

The handle has a lot of original patina, and the inside bottom is a little discolored, I have not tried to clean it. Will leave that up to the new owner. I have had this basket for many years, just trying to thin out.
