This is a Michael Jordan wood plaque with nameplate that includes the mj reflections Jordan tribute card from 1998.  It is card number mj85.  It was produced by Upper Deck.  The plaque measures about 4 1/2 inches wide and 6 1/2inches long.  The plastic holder for the card has yellowed with age.  It appears to be glued on so it could be replaced.  There is slight wear here and there on the plaque.  It is sold used as is.
