This is the 12 inch G.I. Joe Classic Collection Figurine from their "The Civil War 1861-1865" series. Army of the Potomac, 1861. Blonde Union Soldier. Vintage 1997 Hasbro Kenner Collectible.
NOTES: This is a new and sealed with tape package however the rubber bands holding on the soldiers hat have come undone with age. I think it likely that the hat may fall off during shipping but am not going to open the seal on this figure to fix it. Please see pics for details.
