This is the 1980 board game Pigskin Vegas by Jokari.  The box features Jimmy the Greek.  The box is a little dented, otherwise the game is in very good shape.  The poker chips still have their plastic around them, and the betting slips appear to be completely unused.  See pictures for more details.
