Puerto Rican Pottery Company demitasse cup (as is). We're slightly thinning our collection of Puerto Rican pottery, starting small. This is a sweet little demitasse/espresso cup, measures a little under 2" diameter at the top and 1-7/8" tall, a fairly uncommon form from the PRPC. If you're looking at this piece you probably don't need the history of the company, but what's most interesting to me about it isn't Hal Lasky's presence but rather the way that he encouraged local artisans to impart their own style to the pieces made there. As seen in the photo, this one has sadly lost its handle, and there's no saucer with it. If there's no interest I'll just throw it away, but I wanted to give collectors a chance to save it before doing that.

Buyer will prepay item + shipping as determined by the shipping calculator; if you don't see the shipping option you prefer, please contact me as I can probably accommodate your needs (but I do always try to select the option that offers the best value as the main pick). I'm always happy to do combined shipping so long as they're pieces that can safely ship together, but I do appreciate communication so I know what to expect. Sales tax should be automatically applied as applicable, and as always is the responsibility of the buyer. I try to ship within a day of getting notice of payment, but always as quickly as possible in any case. Please take a look at my other listings, I try to keep it interesting and will be listing a number of good scholarly books on Puerto Rico, Native America, archaeology and anthropology, and other topics as well as some interesting items.
