Resident Evil 4 for Nintendo Gamecube
Comes complete with the Game Disc, Manual, Insert and Box.

Both discs have been cleaned and tested working on my personal Gamecube system.
Discs are photographed with a strong lamp light to show all imperfections.

Condition of the discs is overall very good - only a handful of scratches or marks visible.  
One of the 4 copies has the transparent plastic cut out around the UPC code on the back cover (Please see photos). It will be the last copy shipped.

When there are multiple copies available in one listing, I usually take pictures of the copy in the worst condition, though generally they are all similar in condition.
