Thinning out my 30+ year collection of great Baltimore Maryland and Carroll County soda, beer and whiskey bottles. Any references to a # are from the 2019 edition of Baltimore’s Pre-Prohibition Breweries & Bottles (also available on ebay).

Offered for sale is a M.D. KARPER aqua aqua loopseal beer bottle @1890. Karper was a bottling house in downtown Westminster, MD where he bottled and sold beer from Pennsylvania and Maryland breweries. This beer would have been shipped by train to Westminster in kegs and then bottled at his establishment.
Karper's beer bottles are available in crown and loopseal and there is even a Hutchinson soda bottle. All of which I currently have available for sale. This tooled loopseal version is in excellent condition with just a bit a scuff marks but no damage, stain etc. The embossing has been highlighted in white which can be removed. This bottle was hand blown by the Dominick O. Cunningham Glass Works in Pittsburgh, PA between 1885-1897.
