I was able to verify the 2KV DC output using a high voltage DC probe and my DVM but I don't have the capability to measure higher DC or high AC voltage.

I did not verify the trip functions.

You can see from the photos that the panel meter read the 2KV DC level correctly and displays high voltage in the AC mode.

This unit appears to be functioning properly but is being sold as-is, for the reasons previously mentioned.
