Very good vintage condition. No flaws or stains noted. Side, front and back elastic ruching. Cap sleeve with shoulder pads and a ruffle on top. High button neck with dotted mesh keyhole neck. Open back. Soft and stretchy. Unlined. About 55 inches long from the shoulder to the hem. Marked a juniors size 13. Looks to fit a modern size small to medium the best.
