There is a blue elastic loop at top of head to attach a pacifier (not included).  Blanket measures 12" square and has 3 knotted corners and one silicone/rubber teether.  Soft, minky-type fabric.  Head has some pellets for weight.

Very nice and clean and in good condition.  No stains or odors.
