The soundtrack was originally recorded in 1989 and early 1990. The quality of the recording was much superior to their previous live recordings. It included the last live recordings done by Jerry Garcia with the band. It was released in September 1990.
CDs and the booklet are mint, as is the poster, which has never been unfolded. The case shows minimal wear for its age.
The sequence of the tracks was designed to represent the set typically played by the band on the tour.
