PS:  A word about laptops and batteries vs. AC adapters:  I had someone purchase this laptop on 5/10 but then cancel because they were informed (apparently by an absolute moron at HP, no less) that they "don't recommend" running a laptop on AC instead of batteries!  I have been running battery-less laptops on AC power exclusively for years and it has NEVER been an issue, and furthermore it doesn't make any logical sense that it could EVER be an issue.  The buyer did not seem to be very technical, and refused to believe me, even though I mentioned I'm a computer guy (who has been buying, selling, programming and repairing/rebuilding computers since 1984!)  I even suggested that if they like, they could always buy a brand new battery for this computer for around $12.  They still insisted on canceling.  If you are similarly technically challenged and illogical, and are determined to not trust a 25-year eBayer, please don't waste my time!
