The Sony D-303 Discman is a portable CD player that was manufactured in 1991. It has a battery life of up to 8 hours and features a headphone jack and digital optical TOSLINK audio outputs. The model is D-303 and it is part of the Discman product line. The device is lightweight, weighing only 0.9lbs. 

This RARE CD player is in beautiful condition, it has an original Sony rechargeable battery in it, but I couldn't test without the AC adapter to charge up battery.
