Unassembled meter is in Heathkit sealed labeled box.band expansion kit  comes in open box.the parts were inventoried and seem to be complete but the box was opened and am selling as is.also includes schematics and books for transceiver and band expansion kit.

Condition of components are very good,items show very minor signs of wear.some small rubs on case but all the faces are in excellent all meter glass is clear and this set has been very well taken care of.
