Vintage radio speaker and one that's very hard to find in this condition.

6.5 inch speaker used in nearly all the timber table radios made by Awa from 1939 to around 1948 .

It's a dynamic ( field coil speaker ) as we would find in sets like the 701,and 614  / 615 and 617 ... 2 to 7 band mantel sets.

This speaker has a perfect cone and the 1100 ohm field is not open circuit, however we get no reading from the speakers 5000 ohm speaker  transformer ( easy replace )

Fine Order  1940s speaker it is ....and it goes out as is .
