This is "The Complete Works of Robert Burns Including his Correspondence, Etc., with a Memoir by William Gunnyon" published in 1865.  

Per the photos this almost 160 year old book has age related wear and damage: front cover is loose and damaged with loose preface pages; spine damage though most pages are still intact; lots of age foxing interior pages; deterioration of paper edges.
