Size is 18 x 24 inches.  There is lower right edge wear and a folded lower right corner.   EBay has a repugnant policy of taking their full fee not just from the price of the sold item, but also from the payment for shipping, and even from the sales tax.  When you send me money for shipping, it actually goes to eBay—-they take their cut and send me what’s left.   And, USPS recently added outrageous fees to tubes over 21 inches.   The cost of tubes has also risen.  Please see our other poster listings and our website at atlanticposter.com.
