I acquired these items from a storage locker but they are still in brand new condition. Patch must be sewn onto garment (there is no adhesive backing behind the patch so it must be pinned into place).
Shipping for the patch will be FREE to anywhere in the US. I can ship internationally through ebay's Global shipping program (ebay determines all shipping/import/duty fees) It will be shipped in a white standard envelope with specific markings so you will know when to expect.
