Buyer pays shipping. Shipping is based on weight and calculated through eBay based on the lowest estimated weight of the item+shipping material onhand. If you think the shipping is high, go ahead and check USPS.com and see actual pricing for yourself. If you still think it’s too much try another seller. I can ship internationally but be prepared to pay USPS Priority international rates. I will invoice the item once you win. Payment required within 3 days of auction ending. Otherwise I will close the transaction with eBay after a week and item will be relisted. I always leave feedback after I receive it. That way I know there were no problems with the transaction on your side.
