More Pressed Steel Toys:  Please note I also have listed several pressed steel toys of the 1920's era, pressed steel trucks.  I hope you will look at my other listings, that include Buddy L, Keystone, Steelcraft and Wyandotte.

Description:  This deco style truck is stunning!  It is 26 inches long and is configured to allow a child to sit on the service box and steer the cab in the front.  While they are attached, the cab is a separate piece, like a semi truck/trailer so that turns are realistic.  The pull behind service body features a hydraulic piston that lifts the dump body once the lock release is tripped (on the driver's side).  The tailgate automatically tilts open as the dump body rises.  It is very cool!  I have included a video of that action.  There is child's seat mounted in the back that can pivot upwards, thus allowing the child to fill the dump body to maximum levels.  The wheels/tires are entirely made of steel.

This is obviously a design that has applied deco features and artwork to yield a gorgeous toy for display.

Condition:  This toy is 100% in original, including all paint and decals!  There have been no touch ups, no repairs.  The trip lever and service body latch are in excellent condition, and the hydraulic piston operates just as it would coming out of the factory 70-80 years ago (see video).  The lower bolt on the steering handle frame has been replaced.  There is brass brazing on the trailer hitch (under the cab) which I believe to be factory applied.  I have seen only three of these trucks in 30+ years, and all three had some brazing in that area.

Guarantee:  I stand behind my description of this toy, and will provide a full refund (less shipping costs) if there is any material difference between it and the item you receive.  I try my best to conduct a thorough assessment of each toy, with a complete detailed description.  And, I provide a full compliment of high resolution photos.  However, I may not have addressed details that are of interest to you.  So please send your questions before you bid, because I will respond to them and/or provide additional photos.  But please be aware, my refund policy does not cover "buyers remorse".

Taxes:  Please note that eBay adds taxes after the sale for winning bidders in some states.  Please check eBay for guidelines about which states and the associated percent.

Shipping:  I ship only to destinations in the continental USA (the lower 48 states).  I go to great lengths to protect the toys I sell by the methods and materials I use in the packaging process.  I want to be as sure as you do, that the toy arrives without damage.  So, the buyer is to add $50 to cover costs of shipping and full insurance.  I generally ship UPS, with no signature required, but could choose USPS if your circumstances dictate.  So please let me know if you have any shipping issues.

Qualified Bidders:  I reserve the right to cancel bids from those who have a limited history (less than 10 feedbacks), and/or an imperfect purchase record (less than 95% positive) unless your bid is first cleared by me.
