Surrounded by silver balls. Has the big clip on the back to attach to necklace. Pendant total measurements are 1 3/4" x 1 1/2".

The ring weighs 19.9 gm. Is a size 8 3/4. Bigger than an 8 1/2 but smaller than a 9. It has a Hallmark that is just a marking.

No letters or numbers. Sort of looks like a womans shoe with a round ring in back.

Face of ring measures 1 1/2" x almost 7/8"
