Rare & Under-rated!

1993-P Washington Quarter

NGC MS67 PL

Deep, luscious, glass-like mirrors on the obverse, and semi-glossy and semi-satiny fields on the reverse. Razor sharp strike. 99% white with only the slightest trace of original golden hues. The surfaces are virtually devoid of post-mint imperfections, and the 67 grade is well-warranted. Close inspection under a glass reveals surfaces that are peppered with tiny strike-through impressions, also with an occasional planchet mark that still shows after striking. It is important to understand that these defects are as-made, they do not count against the grade, and virtually all US coins of the 1987-2001 period have them. A rare issue in Prooflike. Pop 7 in MS67PL, none finer.
